Year 11 Parent Consultation Evening - 11th January

Dear Parents and Carers,

This academic year we will be running virtual parent consultation evenings with your child’s teachers using an online video system called SchoolCloud.

This system allows you to book a 5 minute time slot with each teacher that you would like to talk to. The time slots start at 3.45pm and finish at 6.45pm.

Please note: the system manages the time slots and will automatically end the call at the end of 5 minutes.

Full instructions for connecting to this system are given in the attached information sheet. You can connect with a Smart Phone, Tablet, Laptop or PC and will have the option to use voice and video or just voice.

This is the first time we are using this system for parent consultations and would really appreciate your feedback, which can be done within the SchoolCloud system at the end of your consultation appointments..

Please also note that you will be sent your child's latest report and PPE results in advance of the consultation evening.
