Year 9 Parent Consultation Evening - 5th July

Dear Parents and Carers,

This academic year we are running virtual parent consultation evenings with your child’s teachers using an online video system called SchoolCloud.

This system allows you to book a 5 minute time slot with each teacher that you would like to talk to. The time slots start from 3.45pm, with the latest available slot being at 6.44pm.

BOOKINGS ARE NOW OPEN - so please do get booked in asap.

Our SENDCO will also be available. If you would like to speak with Mrs Barwick for SEN enquiries please contact Kirsty Eyre, on 01603 779972, to make an appointment.

Full instructions for connecting to this system are given in the attached information sheet. You can connect with a Smart Phone, Tablet, Laptop or PC and will have the option to use voice and video or just voice.

Please be aware that the system manages the live time slots and will automatically end the call at the end of 5 minutes. If you run out of time and have additional questions you wish to ask then you can email the subject teacher or form tutor after the appointment.

This is a new system for hosting parent consultations and we would really appreciate your feedback, which can be done within the SchoolCloud system at the end of your appointments. We will also send a questionnaire following the event to ask how you think we are doing as a school.

Your child's latest report and PPE results will be sent home with your child the day before the consultation evening.
